Job summary

Winston Taylor's Miami office is seeking a dedicated mid-level associate for its complex commercial litigation group. The ideal candidate has at least three years of broad-based litigation experience in a top-tier firm or as a Federal Court clerk, with excellent writing, research, and case management skills.

Proficiency in Spanish (reading, writing, speaking) and admission to the Florida State Bar are required.

Winston Taylor's Miami office is seeking a dedicated and experienced mid-level associate to join the complex commercial litigation group. Candidate should have at least three years of broad based, general litigation experience in a top-tier law firm or similar experience as a Federal Court judicial clerk. Candidates should have strong writing, research, and case management skills and experience coordinating matters in Florida State and Federal courts through all phases of litigation, including pleadings, motions, discovery, expert development, and trial. The ideal candidate will have experience managing all aspects of discovery in large, high-stakes cases, taking and defending depositions, and drafting and arguing motions. All candidates must have excellent academic credentials as well as strong organization, analytical, writing, and verbal skills. Professional working proficiency in Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking). All candidates must be admitted to the Florida State Bar.
