Qualifications

• Prior automotive or luxury retail sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Genuine passion for luxury and performance vehicles and helping discerning clients find their ideal drive.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed at a high level.
• Professional, outgoing presence with a team-first mindset and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and select holidays.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a white-glove customer experience by greeting and engaging clients in-person and through digital channels.
• Match clients with the perfect luxury vehicle from our curated collection.
• Conduct refined vehicle presentations, test drives, and feature demonstrations.
• Guide clients through the purchase process with a consultative, pressure-free approach.
• Build lasting relationships through follow-up and exceptional service.
