Job summary

We Are Legal Revolution in Miami seeks an Insurance Coverage Associate to analyze policies and draft detailed coverage opinions. The role handles declaratory judgments and advises insurers on first-party claims, CGL exposures, and bad-faith risk, including catastrophe and high-value losses.

JD and active Florida bar are required, with 3–8+ years of relevant experience and strong analytical/writing skills. This is a full-time, on-site position in Miami with a competitive annual compensation.

Responsibilities

• Analyze policies and draft detailed coverage opinions and reservation-of-rights letters.
• Handle declaratory judgment actions and related coverage litigation.
• Advise insurers on first-party property claims, CGL exposures, and bad-faith risk.
• Work catastrophe and high-value commercial losses, including windstorm and water claims.
• Prepare for mediations, appraisals, and court proceedings.
