Partner One Capital is seeking an Investment Associate to join the Mergers and Acquisitions team. You will support due diligence, analytical reviews, and the execution of acquisitions for software companies.

The role requires strong financial analysis, US GAAP/IFRS knowledge, and the ability to interact with C-level executives. Collaboration across teams and effective communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or CFA track is a plus.
• Up to 5 years of experience in transaction advisory, due diligence, or corporate development in software/SaaS.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS accounting.
• Maturity to interact with C-level executives; strong written and spoken English.

Responsabilités

• Conduct overview and analysis of commercial and financial data of acquisition targets.
• Formulate and present assessment of the targets’ initial fit.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends and identify opportunities.
• Identify software businesses meeting acquisition criteria and move opportunities through the deal cycle.
• Support the M&A team with tasks related to closing live deals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on data requests and deal execution.
