We’re partnering with a lower‑middle market private equity firm that is looking to add an Associate to its growing investment team.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the evaluation, structuring, and execution of M&A transactions, including both new platform investments and add‑on acquisitions
• Lead financial analysis and due diligence efforts, including building complex financial models to support investment decisions
• Partner with portfolio company leadership teams on strategic and financial initiatives, including KPI development, tracking, and performance management
• Assist with ongoing portfolio monitoring and value‑creation efforts post‑investment
• Participate in meetings with executive teams, intermediaries, lenders, and other transaction partners
• Contribute to liquidity and exit processes, including recapitalizations and sale transactions

Desired Background & Skills

The ideal candidate is analytical, intellectually curious, and comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment. Candidates should bring strong valuation and M&A modeling experience, sound business judgment, and the professional presence to work directly with senior executives and deal partners.
