Acrisure Mortgage, LLC in Miami, FL is seeking seasoned Mortgage Loan Originators to join our vibrant branch. You will build and maintain a network of referral partners, interview borrowers, assess needs, explain products, and guide clients through the loan process with clear communication and regulatory compliance.

We value 3+ years in retail residential origination, established local referrals, and proficiency with Conventional, FHA and VA loans. NMLS licensure is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail residential mortgage origination experience.
• Documented residential mortgage loans closed volume in the past 12 months of $750,000 - $1 million per month in production.
• Established relationships with local referral networks.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively across audiences.
• Proficient in product guidelines for Conventional, FHA, and VA loans.
• Strong PC skills and experience with laptop technology.
• Must meet SAFE Act requirements including NMLS licensure.

Responsibilities

Acrisure Mortgage is hiring seasoned Mortgage Loan Originators in our Miami, FL branch!

Job Requirements

Successful Mortgage Loan Originators will proactively identify, develop and maintain a quality network of business relationships that will serve as a source of referrals for new mortgage lending opportunities. The external relationships fostered may consist of realtors, builders, professional and personal contacts. Successful Loan Originators participate in business related development opportunities, community efforts to promote home ownership and professional organizations. The Loan Originator is responsible for interviewing new and existing customers to determine their financial needs and advising those customers of appropriate products, terms, and pricing. The Loan Originator will navigate the borrower through the process and help to gather required information through clear and timely communication. The Loan Originator is the first line of defense for the company and its investors, he or she is responsible for the submission of clear accurate loan documentation and maintaining industry compliance regulations. The Loan Originator is responsible for ensuring appropriate procedures are followed while meeting sales goals and objectives.
