The role covers plumbing, electrical, general construction, and handyman tasks across retail, banks, restaurants, and healthcare sites to ensure optimal operation and compliance with industry standards.

The candidate should have 2–5 years in related trades, strong troubleshooting ability, and a commitment to exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; vocational training in plumbing, electrical, construction, or related field preferred.
2–5 years in plumbing, electrical, construction, or handyman work; laminate countertop experience a plus.
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record per policy.
Must pass a satisfactory background screening.

Responsibilities

Diagnose, repair, and maintain plumbing, electrical, and general construction elements; perform laminate countertop work as needed.
Identify and resolve issues in plumbing, electrical, and structural components to ensure lasting repairs.
Perform routine preventive maintenance to keep systems operating efficiently and prevent failures.
Communicate repair procedures and solutions to clients to minimize downtime.
Adhere to safety regulations and industry standards on all jobs.
Maintain detailed service reports and invoices; submit promptly.
Track tools and inventory; reorder supplies as needed.
