Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and electrical systems.
• Identify and resolve issues related to plumbing, electrical, and structural components.
• Perform routine maintenance to ensure systems operate efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with clients to minimize downtime.
• Adhere to safety regulations during all repairs and maintenance tasks.
