The role requires 5–8 years of experience, a JD, and bar admission; familiarity with AmLaw 100 firms and VC documents like SAFE, preferred stock, and due diligence on transactions; travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in emerging growth and venture capital.
• Experience with AmLaw 100 law firms preferred.
• Familiarity with NVCA, seriesseed.com, and Y Combinator forms.
• Experience in preferred stock, bridge, and SAFE financings.
• Ability to manage due diligence on M&A transactions.
