Job summary

LVI Associates is seeking a Senior Drainage Engineer, PE, with 7–15 years of experience to lead drainage design efforts for transportation projects across Florida. You will serve as Engineer of Record, guide stormwater design, and mentor junior staff while coordinating with roadway, traffic, and utilities teams.

The role involves client communication, technical reporting, and participation in proposals and business development. A Florida PE license and strong FDOT knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Florida PE license required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 7-15 years of drainage engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of FDOT standards, criteria, and procedures.
• Experience with transportation drainage and stormwater design.
• Proficiency with MicroStation and FDOT design software.
• Experience with ICPR, StormWise, SWMM, HEC-RAS, or similar hydraulic modeling software.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Design-Build experience is a plus.

Responsibilities
