Job summary

Oppizi Ltd. is seeking a proactive City Manager to lead our Miami field operations for offline marketing campaigns. You will coach Brand Ambassadors, plan weekly field schedules, and optimize campaigns across Downtown and suburban Miami with on-site and remote admin days.

This contract role runs for four weeks with a base pay of USD 1,000 per week plus a performance bonus; start is late November 2026. You must own a vehicle, be fluent in English, and be highly energetic and organized.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales, operations, retail leadership, field management, logistics, or hospitality supervision.
• Must have lived in Miami 4+ years & understand local crowds/traffic
• Own vehicle required
• Excel/Google Sheets proficiency
• Laptop + phone required
• English required
• Energetic, organized, adaptable leader.

Responsibilities

• Lead, support & motivate Brand Ambassadors on-site.
• Provide real-time coaching and ensure target delivery.
• Maintain professionalism, safety, and energy during missions.
• Build weekly field schedules & staffing plans.
• Identify high-traffic areas across Miami (malls, transit hubs, campuses, downtown areas).
• Coordinate with warehouse & logistics team.
• Track KPIs through Google Sheets/Excel.
• Evaluate daily conversion performance and adapt strategy fast.
• Manage flyers, uniforms & campaign stock.
• Ensure accurate usage reporting and timely restocking.
