Job summary

Oppizi Ltd. is seeking a proactive City Manager to oversee offline marketing campaigns in Austin. You will lead a team of Brand Ambassadors, coach on-site operations, and ensure timely delivery of campaigns across downtown and suburbs.

This four-week contract offers $1,000 per week plus a bonus, with 75% on-site work and 25% remote admin days. You should be a dynamic, organized leader with strong Excel/Sheets skills and a good grasp of Austin’s traffic and venues.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales, operations, retail leadership, field management, logistics, or hospitality supervision.
• Must have lived in Austin 4+ years and understand local crowds/traffic.
• Own vehicle required.
• Laptop + phone required.
• English required.
• Energetic, organized, adaptable leader.

Responsibilities

• Lead, support & motivate Brand Ambassadors on-site.
• Provide real-time coaching and ensure target delivery.
• Maintain professionalism, safety, and energy during missions.
• Build weekly field schedules & staffing plans.
• Identify high-traffic areas across Austin (malls, transit hubs, campuses, downtown areas).
• Coordinate with warehouse & logistics team.
• Track KPIs through Google Sheets/Excel.
• Evaluate daily conversion performance and adapt strategy fast.
