tarte cosmetics is seeking a Social Media Coordinator to support its Founder & CEO from our Miami office. This role requires travel to Key Largo 1–2 times weekly to capture content and collaborate with the CEO.

You will plan, film, edit, publish, and engage across social channels, maintaining the CEO’s calendar and coordinating with marketing, creative and influencer teams. The position demands strong editing, copywriting, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in social media management or related role.
• Based in the greater Miami area and able to work onsite in the Miami office.
• Ability to travel to Key Largo, Florida one to two times per week.
• Demonstrated experience managing social content calendars from concept to publication.
• Strong short-form video filming and editing skills using CapCut, TikTok, and Instagram.
• In-depth knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, Snapchat and emerging platforms.
• Strong copywriting and ability to adapt to a personal brand voice.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate end-to-end creation and publishing of social content (brainstorming, filming, editing, captions, scheduling).
• Create engaging content reflecting the CEO's voice and personal brand.
• Travel to Key Largo 1–2 times per week to capture content and support content needs.
• Work from the Miami office to plan, edit, and coordinate approvals with teams.
• Own and maintain the CEO’s content calendar and publishing timelines.
• Develop platform-specific ideas to drive growth and engagement.
• Monitor trends and identify timely content opportunities.
• Manage CEO's social profiles and social commerce accounts (Amazon, LTK, ShopMy).
• Write captions, scripts, and short-form copy.
• Lead day-to-day community management and follower engagement.
• Coordinate with internal teams for launches, events, and brand moments.
