Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays as assigned.
• No routine contact with swine, birds, goats, sheep, cattle, or unprocessed eggs.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize all equipment nightly per SOP.
• Disassemble, sanitize, and reassemble parts from equipment.
• Operate power washer safely and in compliance with guidelines.
• Use chemicals following manufacturer safety guidelines.
• Follow sanitizing checklist and perform other duties as assigned.

Position Summary:

To clean and sanitize all equipment in the processing facilities nightly. Use chemicals, washers, and compressed air to meet federal USDA guidelines and Herbruck’s Quality Standards each night.

Responsibilities:

• Perform and comply with all Standard Operating Procedures
• Disassemble, sanitize,e and reassemble parts from equipment
• Perform all functions in accordance with sound safety practices and procedures
• Use and operate a powerwasheradhering to the manufacturer’s safe operation guidelines
• Use chemicals adhering to the manufacturer’s safe operation guidelines
• Use and operate an air compressor to clean equipment.
• Follow assigned cleaning and sanitizing checklist.
• Perform any/all otherdutiesassigned to you

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Willing to worka flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays as assigned
• Does not own or maintain routine contact with swine, birds, goats, sheep, cattle, or unprocessed eggs.

Physical Demands:
