ID Logistics US in Ocala, FL seeks a warehouse associate to pick/put-away, load/unload, and stock products using powered equipment. You will inspect, maintain, and operate equipment safely per OSHA standards, ensure accurate shipment processing, and contribute to inventory control.

Candidates should have a high school diploma/GED and 3+ years' related experience with certifications. Weekend night shifts (Fri–Sun) with base pay of $18.50/hr plus $2.00 shift differential, plus benefits including

• Ensure proper stock rotation.
• Follow customer requirements and/or other instructions to ensure accuracy: load count, stability of product, and that all products are loaded and unloaded safely.
• Coordinate as necessary with all other departments/functions, especially Customer Service, Transportation and Maintenance.
• Perform good housekeeping practices, clean as you go process.
• Conduct operations and equipment in a manner that promotes safety and report unsafe conditions that can't be self-corrected to the leadership team.
• Follow corporate and site-specific Good Manufacturing Practices and report noncompliance when observed.
• Observe all company safety rules and assist in enforcement as appropriate.
• Other duties as assigned.

Schedule:

• Weekend Nights: Friday-Sunday
• 6:30 PM to 5:00 AM

Salary

• $18.50 per hour
• Shift differential $2.00 per hour

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); three or more years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be able to successfully complete post-hire assessments.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain equipment certifications (e.g. OSHA, company, etc.).
• Must be able to wear personal protective equipment appropriate for the work environment (e.g. protective footwear, protective eyewear, gloves, etc.) in accordance with safety policies.
