Job summary

Staples is seeking a Warehouse Breakpack MHE Associate to support our distribution center in Maryland. You will operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, cherry pickers, turrets, or electric pallet jacks, with training provided.

The role involves selecting orders, loading and unloading trucks, and maintaining safe, accurate pick locations. Qualified candidates have at least 3 months in a warehouse, can lift up to 100 pounds, and can work in a hot environment; background check and

Qualifications

• MHEO certification and safe operation of material handling equipment required.
• Able to lift, lower, push or pull up to 100 pounds by hand.
• Regular and on-time attendance with ability to work overtime when needed.
• Basic English literacy and data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Select orders by pulling, stacking and labeling merchandise and bring them to the staging area.
• Unload trucks and put away product in the correct overstock location.
• Inspect equipment and complete safety inspection sheets before operation.
• Maintain pick locations and pallet handling in the warehouse environment.
• Assist other departments and perform various duties as assigned.
