Job summary

Staples, Inc. is hiring a Warehouse Associate (Breakpack) for full-time hours in Hagerstown, MD. The role runs Monday-Thursday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM and pays $20.50 per hour.

Training is provided to help the distribution center meet its goals by wrapping and loading pallets into outbound trailers for delivery to retail stores. As part of the team, you will operate material handling equipment, build and move pallets, and ensure accuracy while following safety procedures in a hot warehouse

Qualifications

Must be able to work Monday-Thursday 7:00 am-5:00 pm.
Minimum three months in warehouse or equivalent training/experience.
Ability to lift/carry up to 100 pounds and work at heights.
Pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

Wrap and load pallets into outbound trailers for delivery to stores.
Build and stack pallets, organize pallets, and move product with MHE.
Operate shrink-wrapping machine and load pallets safely.
Verify pallet accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
Adhere to safety procedures and work in a hot environment (up to ~95°F) as needed.
