Job summary

Kenco Logistics is hiring a Service Technician II to perform general maintenance, repairs, and preventive maintenance on Material Handling Equipment (MHE), automated systems, and conveyors across customer sites. You will schedule PMs, perform diagnostics, and coordinate parts and service with the Parts team while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or tech school graduate required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule Planned Maintenance (PM) of Fleet Services Equipment and conveyors, and keep PM records.
• Perform corrective repairs and preventive maintenance on MHE, batteries, and conveyors per standards.
• Communicate with site managers and operations leaders regarding equipment status and timelines.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics: response times, first-time fix rates, PM completion.
