Foot Locker is hiring a Material Handler II to accurately receive, identify, measure, and document inbound and outbound freight. The role requires attention to detail, basic math skills, and the ability to verify inventory information for accurate shipping and receiving operations.

Shift: Mon - Thurs 4am - 2:30pm. The position involves verifying purchase orders and shipment docs, counting cases, and maintaining safe work practices in a climate-controlled warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process inbound and outbound freight.
• Identify and verify POs, SKUs, and shipment documents.
• Accurately count and validate cases, cartons, and pallet quantities.
• Use a Cubiscan for precise product dimensions and measurements.
• Sign bills of lading and other shipping documents after verification.
• Investigate and identify discrepancies, shortages, overages, and damaged shipments.
• Document and enter inventory/shipment information into company systems.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned.

Position Summary

The Material Handler II is responsible for accurately receiving, identifying, measuring, and documenting inbound and outbound freight. This role requires strong attention to detail, basic mathematical skills, and the ability to verify inventory information to ensure accurate shipping and receiving operations.

• Sign bills of lading, manifests, and other shipping documentation after verifying accurate case counts and freight information.
• Investigate and identify problem freight, discrepancies, shortages, overages, and damaged shipments.
• Ensure inventory and shipment information is accurately documented and entered into company systems.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned.

Required Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of 6 months of previous experience in a warehouse facility preferred.
