Job summary

Foot Locker, Inc. is seeking a seasonal Material Handler in a weekend shift to accurately pick, sort, and pack apparel and footwear for shipment. The role lasts up to 90 days with a potential transition to full-time based on performance and business needs.

The 1st Shift schedule Friday-Sunday from 6:30am-7:00pm offers the weekend-heavy hours, with a 36-hour base that can reach 40 hours. Base pay is $19.11 per hour, plus employee discounts and benefits.

A Material Handler is responsible for accurately selecting, locating, sorting, packing and loading/unloading apparel and footwear for shipment to stores, vendors or direct to customers.

This seasonal role will last up to 90 days, with the opportunity to transition to a full-time position based on performance, business needs, and mutual agreement.

The weekend shift is for 36 hours but if you complete all 36 hours you will be paid for 40 hours.

Available Schedule:

• 1st Shift: Friday- Sunday 6:30am-7:00pm

Responsibilities

• Accurately use and operate an RF scanning device.
• Sort product according to purchase order and SKU.
• Correctly match and place shipping labels.
• Properly follows company and OSHA safety procedures.
• Brings problems to the attention of the supervisor, manager, safety director, or HR manager.
• Follows daily procedures and protocols as set forth in job orientations and trainings.
• All other duties as assigned.
