Responsibilities

• Focus on physical assessments (vital signs, EKGs, labs)
• Obtain prior authorizations
• Maintain timely concurrent computer documentation / prescription drug ordering
• Administer injectable medication
• Engage in frequent phone, email, face‑to‑face and telemedicine interactions with physicians, ANPs, patients, caregivers, case managers, clinic manager, front office staff, insurance companies, and pharmacies
• Travel region‑wide as required

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice as a Vocational Nurse (LVN) in the state of Texas
• Some mental health experience preferred

Physical Abilities
