Job summary

Piedmont Healthcare Corporate seeks an experienced Supply Chain professional to coordinate established SCM systems at Piedmont Hospital. You will manage inventory, requisitioning, refills, par cart replenishment, and product conversions while developing facility-specific programs in line with PH guidelines.

The role involves collaboration with Directors and Managers to cost-effectively meet hospital supply needs and to monitor and enforce supply management policies, including MMIS user training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate established Supply Chain Management systems at Piedmont Hospital within the Healthcare Corporation supply chain direction.
• Manage inventory control, hospital department requisitioning, refills, par cart replenishment, product adds and product conversions.
• Develop programs to fit facility needs within PH guidelines and direction.
• Collaborate with Directors and Managers to meet hospital supply needs efficiently and cost-effectively.
• Monitor, edit and enforce administrative and department policies related to supply management.
• Ensure proper operation and training of all MMIS software users.

Coordinating established Supply Chain Management operational systems at Piedmont Hospital within goals and objectives of the Healthcare Corporation Supply Chain Management direction. This includes all activities related to inventory control Hospital department requisitioning, Hospital refill, par cart replenishment, product adds and product conversions. Establish unique programs to fit the needs of the Facility within general PH guidelines and direction. Work with Directors and Managers to meet the supply needs of the hospital in an efficient and cost-effective manner. Responsible for monitoring, editing and enforcing administrative and department policies that relate to supply management. Accountable for the appropriate operation and training of all MMIS software users.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, or a related field Required or
• In Lieu of degree six (6) years of relevant work experience will be accepted in addition to the experience requirement Required

Work Experience

• 5 years of progressive job-related experience to include two (2) years of supervisory/leadership experience Required or
• In lieu of degree eleven (11) years of progressive job-related experience to include two (2) years of supervisory/leadership experience Required
