Job description

The Manager, Sales Operations will be key to the success of the Sales Support Organization by providing strategy, oversight and implementation of our operational activities and process improvements.

Job Duties

  • Oversee strategy, creation, implementation and maintenance of program documentation and policies and procedures, including effective communication of program status to key stakeholders
  • Ensure performance and identification of process efficiencies, partner with business owners to effectuate change
  • Lead team of Sales Operations Specialists to elevate performance of Sales Operations Department. Provide team with ongoing, consistent feedback in a positive, yet constructive manner, to support professional growth
  • Oversight of compliance and federal regulations understanding, effectively communicate requirements and responsibilities, maintain oversight to ensure appropriate implementation in day-to-day operations
  • Responsible for clear communication of timelines, deliverables, risks and dependencies for Sales Support Organization
  • Research escalations, including identification of root cause, implementation of resolution and oversight of break-fixes as appropriate
  • Develop and maintain strong collaborative relationships with internal and external partners, represent Sales Support Organization across a matrixed environment
  • Promote a culture of inclusivity, top performance, open communication and high morale
  • Other duties as assigned

Works under limited supervision / direction. Relies on experience and judgement to plan and accomplish assigned goals. Decisions require a high level of judgement based on policies / procedures and legal requirements, requires innovation and creativity. Frequent contact with others inside and outside of company.

Job Qualifications

Education Preferred :

Other Training, Technical Skills, or Knowledge

5+ years experience in management, operations, project management, leadership or related field

Health care experience, Medicare and / or Marketplace experience preferred

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Working environment is generally favorable and lighting and temperature are adequate. Work is generally performed in an office environment in which there is only minimal exposure to unpleasant and / or hazardous working conditions. Must have the ability to sit for long periods.
