The Manager, Sales Operations will be key to the success of the Sales Support Organization by providing strategy, oversight and implementation of our operational activities and process improvements.
Job Duties
Works under limited supervision / direction. Relies on experience and judgement to plan and accomplish assigned goals. Decisions require a high level of judgement based on policies / procedures and legal requirements, requires innovation and creativity. Frequent contact with others inside and outside of company.
Job Qualifications
Education Preferred :
Other Training, Technical Skills, or Knowledge
5+ years experience in management, operations, project management, leadership or related field
Health care experience, Medicare and / or Marketplace experience preferred
Excellent organizational and communication skills

Working environment is generally favorable and lighting and temperature are adequate. Work is generally performed in an office environment in which there is only minimal exposure to unpleasant and / or hazardous working conditions. Must have the ability to sit for long periods.
