The role requires ASP/CSP, knowledge of OSHA/NFPA, a Bachelor's degree, and 5+ years of experience. A valid CA driver’s license is required; base pay ranges from $108,200 to $134,300 with competitive benefits.

The Safety Manager is responsible for overseeing safety programs across their assigned region. Key priorities include advancing associate safety and training, as well as maintaining property safety and functionality. In this role, the Manager collaborates closely with engineering, maintenance, and on-site operations teams to identify and proactively mitigate safety hazards.
Compensation:
Base Pay Range:$108,200.00 -$134,300.00
Actual placement within this range may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
