MISO is seeking an experienced operations planning leader in Minnesota to drive modernization of outage coordination and grid reliability. You will lead an engineering team, oversee outages, ensure robust studies, and collaborate with operations and market teams to raise performance and automation.
The role emphasizes leadership, strategic influence, and a data‑driven approach in a fast-paced environment, with a base salary in the published range and bonus eligibility.

The base salary compensation range for this role is $162,000-187,000 USD annually. The base salary range for this position is included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, and qualifications/experience.
Position is also eligible for an annual bonus if individual performance and company objectives are met. MISO offers a comprehensive benefits package, including 401k, vacation, sick and safe time, available on your first day of employment.
