Job summary

Restaurant Associates, part of Compass Group USA, seeks a hands-on supervisor to support oversight of business activities and program administration. You will act as a key liaison with customers and help ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities include leading staff, addressing customer concerns, coordinating hiring/training, and guiding performance. This role requires hospitality knowledge, 1–3 years of experience, and a commitment to service excellence.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience.
• Possess general hospitality knowledge and interest in sustainability and sustainable food practices.
• ServSafe Certification is preferred.
