Job summary

Responsible for hiring and firing of nursing personnel, periodic employee evaluations, orientation of new employees, and performance improvement activities. Responsible for cost center(s) budgets. Supervises RN's, Patient Care Associates, Clerical Associates and other clinical support personnel. Coaches and mentors the Assistant Nurse Manager, if applicable, for succession planning.
