Experience / Education

The Non-Invasive Cardiology Manager must have a Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of leadership experience in non-invasive cardiology, proficiency with advanced sonography methodologies, 3D ultrasound imaging, physician networking skills, experience managing complex daily operations of non-invasive departments, and effective interpersonal skills.

Job Summary

The Manager of Non-Invasive Cardiology oversees clinical operations in echocardiography and EKG labs, including staffing, business planning, financial management, compliance, and HR activities.

Essential Functions Of The Role

• Manage daily clinical operations, ensuring patient and physician needs are met.
• Maintain diagnostic service standards, initiate corrective actions when needed.
• Perform ultrasound procedures, ensuring high-quality results.
• Identify abnormalities, extend examinations as necessary, and correlate test results.
• Ensure proper scheduling, reporting, and timely results.
• Handle patient and customer complaints professionally.
• Manage financial aspects, including budgets and cost containment.
• Ensure accurate charge capture and reporting.
• Participate in business planning and strategy implementation.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and quality standards.
• Lead staff training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Maintain technical and clinical quality, including IAC credentialing.
