TE Connectivity’s Advanced Solutions Team conceives original ideas for new products, develops these ideas into product solutions, and introduces them into practice. The Advanced Solutions Team is responsible for product concept development and qualification from market definition through transfer to a receiving product development engineering team or manufacturing site; conduct testing on new and modified design concepts; direct and support detailed design, proof of concept prototype fabrication, and verification testing. The Advanced Solutions Team provides required product documentation including, but not limited to, 3D solid models, 2D/3D production drawings, product specifications, and testing requirements. They create and modify conceptual models from layouts, rough sketches, and/or notes and contribute to design modifications to facilitate proof-of-concept fabrication. Typical fields of expertise include materials, mechanics and systems, electrical, optics, chemistry, packaging, testing and measurement, and manufacturing of electrical, mechanical and electronic components, products, and their integration into systems.

• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $162,000 – $203,000 (subject to change dependent on physical location).
• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
• Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
