• Motivates and encourages the outside sales team to ensure goal attainment.

• Analyzes customer preferences to effectively manage sales efforts.
• Assigns accounts and establishes quotas for the outside sales team.

• Participates in collaboration with senior management and executive leadership to develop sales goals, strategies, and reports.
• Prepares sales budgets, monitors expenses, and approves within guidelines.
• Represents the company at trade association conferences and meetings.
