Job summary

IHG Hotels & Resorts is seeking an HR Manager to foster a positive work environment and enable a culture where every team member can thrive, delivering memorable guest experiences. You will manage employee records, support annual engagement surveys, welcome and orient new staff, and develop creative ways to motivate the team while ensuring compliance with applicable laws.

• 2 years’ related HR experience.
• Some college courses in HR or employment law or related field preferred.
• Must speak fluent English; other languages may be preferred.

What We need from you:

• High school diploma, secondary education or equivalent
• 2 years’ related experience in Human Resources, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Some college courses in Human Resources, Employment Law or related field preferred.
• Must speak fluent English
• Other languages may be preferred

The salary range for this role is $61700.00. This job is also eligible for bonus pay.
