Williams in Houston is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead PEX Power Innovation project development, guiding capital projects and operations with safety and compliance in mind.

You will manage internal and external engineering resources, develop technical strategies, and drive workforce planning to deliver reliable, cost-effective solutions across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
• 10+ years of engineering, operations, project execution, or related experience.
• 3+ years leading projects, engineering teams, or major initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and tactical leadership for engineering teams, projects, and business initiatives.
• Lead engineering support for capital projects, facility improvements, and operational initiatives.
• Develop engineering design strategies, project scopes, cost estimates, and resource plans.
• Oversee engineering work to ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage engineering resources, budgets, forecasts, and project performance.
• Drive workforce planning, employee development, succession planning, and team engagement.
• Build and maintain partnerships with operations, project management, technical services, contractors, and stakeholders.

The Engineering Manager provides leadership and strategic direction for engineering activities, capital projects, and operational initiatives.
