Merck & Co., Inc. in Durham, NC is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the Vaccine Manufacturing Facility (VMF) maintenance and engineering teams. You will mentor crew, set objectives, coach performance, and ensure reliable equipment to meet customer demand while minimizing downtime.
This role requires strong leadership, GMP/regulatory awareness, and proficiency with CMMS, Delta V, MES, and SAP. You will drive safety, quality, and continuous improvement across the site.

This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, government requirements, and business or organizational needs.
The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable.
