Job summary

UCB Inc. is seeking a Thought Leader Liaison to build trusted relationships with MG-focused medical leaders across a multi-state region. You will translate insights, coordinate compliant engagement, and partner across functions to support strategy, education, and patient care.

Required are a Bachelor's degree, 7+ years in biotech/pharma, and 2+ years in a Thought Leader role, plus 80% travel. Hybrid work and a national footprint within the US are expected in this field-based position.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
7+ years' experience in specialty pharmaceuticals or biotech.
5+ years in field sales, product marketing, thought leader engagement or similar.
2+ years Thought Leader Liaison experience or similar responsibilities.
Willingness to travel 80% of time, including weekends and evenings.
Must live within 1 hour of a major airline airport HUB within the territory.
Experience managing demanding travel and meeting schedules.

Responsibilities

Develop purposeful relationships with healthcare leaders across rare disease communities.
Gather, document, and synthesize external perspectives to inform strategy.
Create engagement plans for thought leaders, accounts and congresses with clear objectives.
Enable compliant collaboration by connecting leaders with UCB partners and coordinating engagement.
Support advisory activities, peer education, congress engagement and speaker development.
Prioritize activity to advance RDO strategy, patient value, and efficient workflows.
Maintain disciplined execution with planning, documentation, reporting, and follow-up.
