Brown University Health in North Dartmouth, MA seeks a Patient Service Specialist to join the administrative team. You will handle front-end tasks, answer calls, schedule appointments, and ensure patient confidentiality while delivering excellent service.
The role requires 1–3 years as a medical secretary, EMR experience (Epic preferred), and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Work hours are Mon-Fri 8:00am-5:00pm, with occasional flexibility.
This position is to function as a member of the administration team and complete assigned daily front end tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations in the BHMG physician practice. The Patient Service Specialist must maintain a professional, positive manner when talking with patients in person, over the phone, or via email. Pay Range: $18.13-$29.90
