Brown University Health is seeking an office assistant to provide administrative and secretarial support for assigned managers and other directors. The role includes front desk duties, client intake, data entry, and coordination with internal departments.
Responsibilities encompass scheduling, record maintenance, insurance verification, and processing reports to support billing accuracy and program operations.
SUMMARY: Provide administrative and secretarial support primarily for assigned managers at The Autism Project (TAP). Provide secretarial support for other directors and managers as assigned.
