Job summary

TechWish is seeking an EAS Level 2 Engineer for its Classic Managed File Transfer (MFT) environment in the United States. The role focuses on PCI DSS 4.0 remediation, encryption and key-management, and secure file-processing workflows to maintain service stability while achieving compliance.

The candidate will work across MFT technologies and infrastructure, implement encryption controls, strengthen authentication (SFTP/MFA), vault credentials, and support the IBM Sterling upgrade.

Qualifications

• Experience in Managed File Transfer environments.
• Strong knowledge of SFTP/SSH security controls.
• Hands-on Linux/Unix administration and troubleshooting.
• Production incident troubleshooting and change/release processes.
• Shell scripting or automation for operational tasks.
• Networking basics including DNS, firewalls, ports and secure connections.

Responsibilities

• Engineer PCI DSS 4.0 remediation gaps in the Classic MFT environment.
• Implement encryption and key management improvements.
• Support authentication controls for SFTP access, including MFA where required.
• Manage secrets, vaulting, and credential rotation.
• Collaborate with PCI, Security and Architecture teams to validate controls.
