Job summary

Mount Sinai Health System is seeking a Division Director for the Maternal Fetal Medicine program at Mount Sinai West. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, shape strategic direction, and oversee clinical, teaching, and research missions across division sites.

Strong leadership and MFM credentials are required to advance quality care and program growth. You will collaborate with hospital leaders to align policies, ensure AIUM standards, and guide the fellowship program while maintaining

Qualifications

• Medical degree and active NY license are required.
• Fellowship in MFM and board certification or eligibility are expected.
• DEA license and leadership experience are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a strategic plan for the division.
• Create a positive, communicative work environment across the division.
• Promote protocols and guidelines to ensure high‑quality, cost‑effective care.
• Lead weekly division meetings and collaborate across clinical, research and admin teams.
• Oversee billing, coding, staff, ultrasound, and telehealth services at multiple sites.
• Oversee inpatient protocols and cross-system policy alignment.

Education

Medical Degree from an Accredited University

New York State Medical License

Board Certified in OB/GYN

Fellowship trained in Maternal Fetal Medicine

Board Certified or Board Eligible in MFM

Active DEA license
