Job summary

CLUES Minneapolis offers a part-time Program Support Specialist, MFIP to assist with participant intake, orientation, and support services under MFIP guidelines. The specialist collaborates with Employment Coaches and MFIP staff, ensuring accurate records in WF1 and compliance with CLUES policies and MFIP regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service experience required with strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish, Somali, Russian, or Dari preferred.
• At least 1 year of case management experience required.
• Experience working with culturally and linguistically diverse individuals in a service-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to Employment Coaches, including data entry, printing, mailing, emailing, filing, and note taking.
• Assist MFIP walk-in days, manage traffic flow and support Employment Coaches.
• Provide orientation to participants in multiple languages using translation or interpretation services.
• Coordinate transportation assistance such as gas cards and bus passes.
• Maintain accurate records and document forms and data in WF1.
• Develop employment opportunities with Job Developer and maintain employer relationships.
• Facilitate job search workshops for participants.
