The MFIP Employment Counselor provides compassionate, comprehensive case management to families participating in the Minnesota Family Investment Program (MFIP) through Hennepin County. This role is ideal for someone who is relationship‑driven, organized, and passionate about helping people move toward economic stability and self‑sufficiency using a person‑centered, strengths‑based approach.
Hours: Full time, Non-Exempt
Salary: $22‑$24/hour
