Job summary

Intel is seeking a compressed work week shift engineer to support automation equipment performance and operations on day shift. You will troubleshoot automation applications and provide next-level support across Intel's factory network, with project work including CIP software development and insertion activity hardening.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's or Master's in a STEM field and experience with IT technologies and scripting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering or related STEM fields.
• 6+ months of scripting experience (SQL, Python, PowerShell, etc.).
• 6+ months of experience with Windows Server, ServiceNow, ITIL, iCloud, VMware, etc.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot automation applications and provide operational support.
• Support systems and software running in Intel's factories.
• Provide next-level support for applications across Intel's factory network.
• Contribute to CIP software development and insertion activity hardening.
• Assist with project work related to automation tools and processes.
