Job summary

NPK International, Inc. in Carencro, LA is seeking a production operator to safely run molding equipment and assist with daily manufacturing tasks. You will monitor equipment, verify product quality, and assist with related duties in a hands-on, on-site environment.

Under direct supervision, you will perform instructions, optimize operations, and participate in cross-training across molding areas to support production goals and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• No experience required; 1 year manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot molding equipment and forklifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate Molding equipment properly and safely.

• Monitor Molding operations in assigned area to ensure production and quality standards are met
• Safely use forklift to move product as needed
