Job summary

NPK International inc. on-site Carencro facility is seeking a Production Operator to safely operate molding equipment and related tools under direct supervision in a production environment.

The role requires a High School Diploma (or equivalent); no experience is required, though 1 year of manufacturing experience is preferred. Responsibilities include equipment operation, quality monitoring, forklift movement, and cross-training across molding areas.

Job Summary

Under direct supervision, safely operates production machines and/or various hand tools used for production, monitors process equipment, and inspects finished goods. Performs special projects and job tasks as assigned.
