MFG OPERATIONS RESOURCE LEADER (Finance)

Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily activities of the assigned department to ensure efficient operations. Perform all jobs safely, efficiently, and accurately to maintain and improve the plant's performance in Safety, Quality, and Reliability (SQR). Minimum Requirements:
  • Associate degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Knowledge of department operations and procedures.
  • Ability to understand complex verbal and written instructions.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Manufacturing plant supervisor experience.
  • Working knowledge of Total Productive Maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct area supervisors and associates on safe manufacturing practices, including hazard awareness and accountability.
  • Validate scheduling to maximize line efficiency and minimize labor costs.
  • Communicate operational needs related to changeovers, maintenance, waste, and materials for current and upcoming production days.
  • Address quality or safety issues promptly by communicating and following up at all organizational levels.
  • Support and participate in the plant safety process.
  • Ensure all plant areas meet SQR standards for all products.
  • Adhere to established programs, policies, and practices to produce safe, quality foods meeting regulatory and company standards.
  • Supervise and coach direct reports, conduct performance reviews, and provide feedback.
  • Perform essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodations.
