Job summary

Educato is seeking an entry-level creator-marketing lead to launch and grow its Mexico creator program. You will own UGC activities, identify promising creators, build relationships, and manage campaigns to turn content into repeatable growth channels.

You’ll negotiate rates, onboard creators, manage briefs and payments, and track results to refine strategy. Native Spanish and strong English skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Native Spanish speaker with strong English skills.
• Knowledge of the Mexico creator ecosystem.
• Organized, proactive, able to manage several projects.
• Clear communicator with thoughtful feedback.
• Experience in marketing is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Find and recruit creators on TikTok and Instagram.
• Evaluate creators based on audience, content quality, and brand fit.
• Negotiate rates and onboard creators.
• Manage briefs, deadlines, feedback, deliverables, and payments.
• Track campaign results and identify successful content patterns.
• Share local market insights with Educato’s global growth team.
• Build a reliable pipeline of creators for your market.
