Job summary

Milwaukee Tool, a Brookfield, Wisconsin-based leader in cordless solutions, seeks a Metrology Technician to support the Quality Lab – Inspections, Analysis, Testing, and Documentation. You will track metrology projects, report statuses, and contribute to calibration programs for gauges and instruments.

Qualifications include several years in metrology, GD&T expertise, and experience with CALYPSO/INSPEC. Strong English communication and cross-functional collaboration are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years metrology experience in a lab environment.
• 5 years CMM/Scanning/VMM programming using CALYPSO/INSPEC or similar.
• Proficient in GD&T per ASME Y14.5 and GDTP knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop inspection strategies based on ASME standards and business needs.
• Set up data collection parameters for inspection measurements.
• Create and manage inspection programs using CALYPSO and INSPEC.
• Assist in design reviews and CAD-based fixture development.
