Arrowhead is seeking an Equipment Maintenance and Calibration Technician to support biopharma manufacturing operations in Madison, WI. The role focuses on calibration and maintenance of controlled manufacturing and analytical equipment, ensuring data integrity and regulatory compliance.
You will manage asset records in regulated systems, support vendor activities, and assist with change controls and deviations.
Equipment Maintenance and Calibration Technician supporting Arrowhead’s biopharma manufacturing operations, primarily in controlled environments for RNAi-based therapeutics development.
perform routine and non-routine calibration and maintenance on manufacturing and analytical equipment, manage asset records in regulated systems, support vendor activities, and ensure compliance with safety and GMP standards. May assist with equipment change controls and deviations, and contribute to continuous improvements.
Associate or Bachelor’s in mechanics, electronics, or related field, with 4+ years of calibration experience, including 2+ years in cGMP pharmaceutical settings; skilled in reading engineering diagrams, documentation, and working with controlled systems.
experience with automated systems, change control, and equipment lifecycle management.
focus on controlled equipment in manufacturing/analytical labs, GMP compliance, vendor oversight, calibrations to NIST standards, and working in regulated biopharma environments.
2nd shift (1 pm–11:30 pm, M-TH) in Wisconsin with a 10% shift differential.
