Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics in Wisconsin is seeking an Equipment Calibration and Maintenance Technician to support pharmaceutical manufacturing and laboratory operations in a cGMP environment.

You will perform routine and non-routine calibration and maintenance on manufacturing and analytical equipment, manage asset records, document work according to good documentation practices, and assist with change controls and deviations. On-site role with a salary range of $65,000-$75,000.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s in mechanics, electronics, or related field with 4+ years in calibration roles.
• 2+ years experience in pharma cGMP settings; proficiency in controlled documentation and MS Office.
• Familiarity with engineering drawings and good documentation practices; knowledge of LOTO and safety protocols.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred

calibration and repair of lab equipment, troubleshooting automated systems, experience with change control, Quality Management Systems (e.g., Blue Mountain), and safety permits.
