Legend Biotech in Raritan, NJ seeks a Metrology Tech to support cGMP clinical and commercial cell therapy manufacturing. You will calibrate and maintain instrumentation, plan activities with cross-functional teams, and ensure readiness for scalable production while following safety standards.

Qualifications

• B.Sc./M.Sc. in Biological/Biochemical Science/Bioengineering related field.
• Minimally 4+ years of cGMP cleanroom manufacturing experience under aseptic conditions.
• Strong metrology, calibrations, instrumentation, automation PLCs, VFDs and electrical practices.
• Experience in a growth environment with fast pace of change and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provides technical expertise supporting calibration program for daily clinical production and future commercial supply.
• Plans, coordinates, and performs calibration and instrumentation activities.
• Ensures materials, tools, standards, parts and spare parts are available.
• Reviews work orders and manages third-party vendor work per procedures.
• Supports calibration during shutdowns and reviews CPI/KPI/GPI data.
• Develops calibration data sheets, metrology plans and master plans.
