Celltrion Branchburg, LLC, a biopharmaceutical manufacturing facility in New Jersey, seeks a Lead Instrumentation/Calibration Technician. You will perform calibration and preventive maintenance on autoclaves, bioreactors, TFF skid, and other systems, ensuring cGMP compliance and robust documentation.

The role emphasizes leadership within Maintenance, mentoring junior technicians, and coordinating with QA, HSE, and Engineering to drive process improvements.

Qualifications

8–12 years instrumentation calibration hands-on experience.
Must communicate clearly, both written and verbally.
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs and climb a ladder.

Responsabilités

Perform calibration and preventive maintenance of instrumentation in manufacturing systems (autoclaves, glassware washers, bioreactors, TFF/ chromatography skids, vessels).
Lead LOTO, PM/CM projects and mentor technicians/engineers.
Install new equipment, perform basic electrical/plumbing work, support HVAC/BMS operation.
Maintain documentation to Good Documentation Practices standards.
